**Department Info**:
Our **EMEA Human Resources team** is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience at every key moment of their journey at Terumo.
**HR Managers and Business Partners** collaborate with Business Units, Support Functions, and Country Managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
The **People Solutions team**leverages HR analytics to create innovative solutions, foster an inspiring culture, and provide growth opportunities for employees.
For HR administration and systems-related inquiries, the **People Experience team** ensures employees receive the necessary support and guidance.
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern/Recruiting Intern** to support our HR People Solutions team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment processes in a dynamic and international environment.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in **sourcing and attracting top talent** through job postings, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Contribute to **employer branding efforts**, including social media campaigns, recruitment events, and job fairs.
Assist in maintaining **HR recruitment systems** and ensure data accuracy in recruitment reports.
Collaborate with the HR team on **talent acquisition projects** and process improvements.
Provide support in **onboarding activities** to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
**Profile Description**:
- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Fluency in **English** (additional European languages are a plus).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
