**Department Info**:
Our **EMEA Human Resources team** is dedicated to enhancing the employee experience at every key moment of their journey at Terumo.

**HR Managers and Business Partners** collaborate with Business Units, Support Functions, and Country Managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

The **People Solutions team**leverages HR analytics to create innovative solutions, foster an inspiring culture, and provide growth opportunities for employees.

For HR administration and systems-related inquiries, the **People Experience team** ensures employees receive the necessary support and guidance.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **People Experience Intern/HR Administration Intern** to join our HR team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and learn about employee engagement, HR administration, and internal communication in a dynamic and international environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Support various HR activities such as **onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration**, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.

Assist in maintaining **HR systems and data accuracy**, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Help improve **internal HR communication** by maintaining self-service tools, updating HR platforms, and sharing relevant information with employees.

Support the organization of **employee engagement events** such as team-building activities, workshops, and well-being initiatives.

Provide administrative support for **learning and development initiatives**, including scheduling training sessions and tracking participation.

Assist in **HR documentation and compliance efforts**, ensuring policies and procedures are properly recorded and accessible.

Collaborate with the HR team to enhance overall **employee experience** and provide assistance on ad hoc HR projects.

**Profile Description**:

- Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in **English and Dutch** (additional European languages are a plus).
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
