**Overview**:
Application Analyst with 10+ years in IT, specializing in SDLC, solution delivery, business analysis, Scrum, and advanced Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate and reach compromises while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes
- Independently carry out assignments, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Collaborate effectively as a team player, providing guidance and coaching
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing, with IT and business stakeholders
- Understand business goals and needs and translate them into effective IT solutions

**Must Have Skills**:

- Minimum of a (Professional) Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Sciences or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of experience in IT, with the last 5 years focused on the Software Development Lifecycle Management and Solution Delivery environment
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a functional or business analyst in large enterprises, with the ability to deliver training
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Advanced skills in Atlassian tools, including Confluence and Jira
- At least B2 CEFR proficiency level in Dutch or French, and English

**Nice to have**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
- Goal-oriented
