Notre client, une grande entreprise active dans le secteur bancaire, recherche un gestionnaire de cas Know Your Customer enthousiaste pour rejoindre la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.

En tant qu'administrateur de dossier Connaître son client, vous êtes curieux, précis et fort en communication. Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez
- Coresponsable de l'exactitude des données relatives aux clients. À cette fin, vous interprétez les statuts et assurez une (ré)identification correcte des clients. Vous répondez également à des questions complexes sur les procurations, la représentation et les bénéficiaires effectifs.
- Sur la base du screening des clients, vous aidez à juger de l'acceptation des (nouveaux) clients et donnez des conseils sur l'éventuelle fin d'une relation client en cas de contre-indications.
- Lors des contacts téléphoniques avec les clients, expliquer et traiter directement le dossier si nécessaire. En outre, vous serez un point de contact pour nos collègues du bureau dans les cas plus complexes afin que les clients bénéficient d'un bon service.
- En participant à des cours de formation et en recueillant des informations, vous vous assurez que vos connaissances restent à jour. Vous savez ensuite comment communiquer des sujets techniques à vos collègues et clients de manière correcte et accessible.

- Vous êtes titulaire d'une licence ou d'un diplôme équivalent par l'expérience.
- Vous avez déjà une première expérience professionnelle et vous êtes intéressé par le monde économique et financier.
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du néerlandais et une bonne connaissance du français.
- Un éventail de tâches variées et stimulantes est important pour vous. Vous êtes également doué pour le traitement administratif de vos dossiers.
- Vous êtes orienté vers l'action et fixez les bonnes priorités dans votre travail.
- Vous osez appeler directement les clients pour obtenir plus d'informations.
- Vous avez de solides compétences en matière de communication et vous trouvez important de continuer à apprendre.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et gardez toujours à l'esprit les intérêts du département.
