Talencia is currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager for one of his clients.

Context
The Project Assistant role plays a central role in the success and efficient execution of the Program. This role carries significant responsibility by providing proactive support to various operational aspects and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders: program managers, operational project managers, project management service leader, service delivery leads, and business analysts. Its objective is to ensure program governance and to plan, monitor, and control the program's scope across different operational delivery aspects and services, while strengthening team skills, optimizing processes, and utilizing appropriate project management tools.
Mission
**Supporting program governance, planning, and execution by**:
Maintaining planning and resource utilization at an appropriate level for optimal efficiency in alignment with scope, quality, and time constraints.
Identifying and monitoring risks and opportunities, planning and implementing responses, and addressing issues impacting program objectives.
Facilitating meeting organization and communication strategy (Steering Committee, Working Group, General Meeting, etc.), including document preparation, meeting minutes drafting, and logístical coordination.
**Collaborating with Project Managers by**:
Supporting the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports on project deliverables.
Actively participating in project coordination and communication.
Overseeing the monitoring and control of Cornet deliverables in accordance with Program requirements.
Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing their inquiries and requests.
**Coordinating change initiatives by**:
Supporting Project Managers in the detailed assessment and evaluation of the integrated program management plan's impact.
Assisting in monitoring vendor performance in coordination with Project Managers.
Empowering and inspiring others to achieve program objectives by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Profile
Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project planning and tracking tools (MS Project Online), as well as collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Proactive mindset, especially for problem-solving.
Ability to define and adhere to project management standards.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
Strong teamwork skills.
Sense of curiosity and enthusiasm.
Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Dutch, German...) is a plus.
