- Je **managet **de **implementatieprojecten **van onze **software **bij onze klanten.
- Samen met je collega’s **maximaliseer **je de **klanttevredenheid**.
**Hoe ga je dat doen?**
- Je managet **verschillende **softwareprojecten **tegelijkertijd **van opstart tot oplevering. (Het **opstarten**, **beheren **en **opleveren **van de **projecten **loopt door elkaar.)
- Je kan terugvallen op een **bewezen **en **succesvolle **projectmethodiek**, een aanpak die toegespitst is op het **samenwerken **met **klanten **en **derde **partijen**.
- Je maakt en bewaakt de projectscope, het budget en de timeframe. Je rapporteert regelmatig over de voortgang van het project.
- Je coördineert het projectteam en ondersteunt hen waar nodig. Doorheen heel het proces zorg je voor een vlotte en gestroomlijnde communicatie.
Je staat er bij ons natuurlijk nooit alleen voor. Samen met je directe collega’s lever je een actieve, constructieve en creatieve bijdrage aan het succes van onze projecten. Je kan steeds rekenen op **#collaboration** en **#camaraderie** (twee van onze kernwaarden) met je collega’s.

- Deze woorden omschrijven jou en je aanpak: organisatorisch sterk, besluitvaardig, facilitator, teamspeler, out-of-the-box en oplossingsgericht denken, planmatig.
- Je kan kordaat zijn, maar je bent ook flexibel: zowel qua mindset (om in te spelen op onverwachte zaken) als qua locatie (je bent bereid je te verplaatsen naar klanten binnen Vlaanderen).
- Je hebt al enkele jaren werkervaring en kan relevante ervaring als Project Manager voorleggen.
- Je houdt ervan om te werken in een innovatieve omgeving waar je processen en jezelf voortdurend in vraag stelt om continu te verbeteren.
- Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en het Engels.
