**Contexte of the need**:

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As part of the John Cockerill Group's ICT team, your role will be to manage and develop global enterprise solutions to actively support all the internal processes of our various business lines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the strategic direction and execution of major projects, including the migration to S4H.
- Delivering projects relating to the Enterprise Applications perimeter, from needs analysis to deployment support, including validation of technological choices, technical design, production and testing
- Ensuring the internal promotion of the solutions available
- Ensuring the day-to-day management and development of the solutions in place.
- Supervising existing teams and developing the talents entrusted to them
- Supporting our multi-hub strategy by building a strong team in India to complete our Belgian resources
- Identifying the necessary partnerships and implementing them - in particular to support a global roadmap that will involve moving towards SAP S/4 Hana;
- Managing the budget.

**Qualifications**:
**Prerequisites**
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience;
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams across multiple locations;
- Experience with S4H migration projects should be an asset;
- Experience in project management;
- Working level in French and English;
