**Logistics at full potential** As an HR Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for our employees. Like no other, you know how to solve HR issues and give advice where necessary. You will work closely with operations to implement and shape the personnel policy. You will be part of the HR Team Belgium and you can participate in various improvement projects within HR. You will report to our HR Manager **What does your day look like as an HR Business Partner?** - Follow-up and monitoring of HR projects - Advising, coaching and supporting the management team regarding personnel changes, trade unions, training, absenteeism, recruitment, onboarding, improvement processes, legal analyses - Supporting performance interviews, assessments, absenteeism interviews - Answering questions and implementing HRM policy, laws and regulations - Be part of the management team **What do you need to be successful** - Master's degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent through experience - At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, within logistics environment (e.g Production, Waste, Distribution, Warehouse, Manufacturing etc..) - Strong communication skills - In-depth knowledge of MS Office - Enterprising - Customizable - Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch, French must have verbal communication ability understanding and speaking **What do we offer you?** - Position with responsibilities - Discount coupons at our customers - Attractive salary package **Your future work environment** GXO operates in a dynamic environment with strong growth and constant change.
