Mijn klant is een toonaangevende speler op de Europese verzekeringsmarkt. Momenteel is men op zoek naar een Application Teamlead

**Takenpakket**:

- Je **coördineert en motiveert** een team van Business/Functioneel Analysts
- Je behoudt het **helikopterzicht over migratie/implementatie projecten**:

- Je bent de **SPOC** voor andere teams en **coördineert samenwerking** hiermee
- Je **rapporteert aan de Head of IT**

**Profiel**:

- **Idealiter** ervaring met **de verzekerings
- of bancaire sector**:

- Kennis van** software development processen**:

- hands on** development ervaring is een mooie plus**:

- Ervaring met **people management**:

- Goede kennis van het **Nederlands en Engels/Frans**
