ICARE Executive Searche, recherche pour le compte de son client, un groupe international en pleine croissance spécialisé dans le domaine frigorifique (HVAC) pour les professionnels, un Technicien Support spécialisé en HVAC dans le cadre d'un CDI basé à Louvain (possibilité 2 jours/semaine de télétravail)

Rattaché au Directeur National et travaillant en binôme avec un Commercial Terrain sur un portefeuille de clients professionnels (industrie, collectivité, magasins etc.) pour la vente de prestations d'interventions techniques (SAV, remplacement, location de matériel), vous aurez pour missions principales:

- la prise en charge les demandes de devis amenés par le commercial terrain
- le suivi des dossiers de prise en charge jusqu'à leurs bonne exécution par les équipes techniques
- la présentation auprès de clients existant de services techniques préventifs
- la remonté d'information quand aux attentes clients lors de réunions d'équipe

Poste évolutif

Vous disposez d'une première expérience ou d'un background étudiant dans le domaine HVAC OU électromécanique OU électricité. Vous avez un bon relationnel et parler idéalement plusieurs langues (français et néerlandais). Vous souhaitez rejoindre une équipe jeune, dynamique et en pleine croissance Vous suivrez un parcours de formation afin d'évoluer au sein de la société.
