We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst** to deliver business value by collecting, analyzing, prioritizing, and coordinating high-quality customer requirements. The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team (development and quality assurance) by co-creating the best design and solutions for business needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and plan the definition, analysis, validation, and maintenance of business requirements and business processes for Business Development & Global Service IT projects.
- Work closely with internal customers and other divisions to align requirements with evolving business needs.
- Ensure non-functional requirements align with stakeholder expectations.
- Validate proposed solutions to technical and business challenges, ensuring business requirements align with technical solutions.
- Facilitate discussions with relevant stakeholders to clarify and align business requirements.
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams in an **Agile** work environment to co-create solutions.
- Facilitate demonstrations for end-users and organize **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** when required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to maximize effectiveness in a dynamic Agile environment.
- Update relevant documentation for new change requests.
**Requirements**:
**Must have**:
- **University degree** or equivalent work experience.
- **5-7 years of experience** in business analysis and project development.
- **Experience with Salesforce platform & CPQ (Configure Price Quote).**:
- **Experience in Quote-to-Cash processes.**:
- Excellent **analytical** and **communication** skills.
- Fluent in **written and spoken English.**:
- Strong **team player** mindset.
- Business case development, budgeting, and cost awareness.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with **Jira and Confluence.**:
- **Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.**:
- **Experience with Conga/Apttus.**
