Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to ensure compliance requirements are met and implemented effectively. This hands-on role involves business-facing and IT-facing activities, focusing on vendor management, procurement, third-party risk, and outsourcing compliance. If you have a strong grasp of IT subcontracting and governance, this could be an ideal fit. Key Responsibilities: Defining and implementing processes for regulatory compliance Deriving and executing activities to meet formalized outsourcing requirements Designing a centralized vendor information register for IT suppliers Assisting in the creation of an outsourcing policy aligned with oversight expectations Helping define exit strategies for critical vendors Assessing contractual impacts of new regulations and supporting legal updates to contract templates Revising the Third-Party Risk Management Framework, including the assessment of concentration risks Requirements: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, policies, and controls Proven experience managing compliance projects involving third parties in IT environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership Demonstrated expertise in risk management, ideally in mission-critical environments Strong problem-solving and pragmatic approach to compliance challenges Background in the banking or financial sector is advantageous Ideal Experience: Experience with compliance frameworks Managing compliance projects with third parties in IT environments Strong foundation in risk management Exposure to financial services or regulated industries
