In order to strengthen its Frontline and Quality Management team, MAINSYS is looking for an IT employee in the banking sector whose main tasks will be to
Test the banking applications developed and maintained by us
Handle application incidents submitted by our clients within the contractual deadlines agreed between the parties
Propose short-term solutions (workarounds) to incidents
Analyse the functional impact of incidents and/or bugs on the working of our applications
Answer functional questions about our applications
Perform a first functional analysis to determine the potential source of bugs encountered and report them to the development teams


Your profile
You have between 0 – 3 years of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (mandatory)
You have a first experience with SQL.
You are interested in the banking world and are willing to increase your expertise.
Any prior functional knowledge of the banking world, particularly credits, is an asset.
You are self-reliant, able to prioritise your work and manage peaks in workload
You have good analytical skills and are able to propose short- and long-term solutions
You are rigorous and methodical, and you can understand that testing is a fundamental activity that enables us to deliver quality to our customers
You enjoy working in a team
You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a basic knowledge of the other language. English is a plus.
You communicate in a structured and precise manner, both in writing and orally
You hold a valid work permit
