EMAsphere is a software vendor providing a cloud based performance management platform. We help decision-makers to manage their business with confidence thanks to a clear view on their financial and operational data.
EMAsphere occupies more than 50 employees with offices in Louvain-La-Neuve, Ghent and Paris.
Tasks
The support helpdesk is the beating heart of the company that enables us to realize our focus on service. On a daily basis, the support helpdesk assists clients in making optimal use of the program's possibilities and provides first-line support in the correct use and operation of the program. In addition, they analyze and resolve any problem the clients may have. They are also often the first point of contact for special requests and customized reporting. After analysis, the support helpdesk links back to the customer manager to facilitate a solution.
**Daily job includes**:
- Provide answer to the Customer’s request and ensure a very helpful phone /mail contact with them
- Informing the customer in a timely and complete manner about the solution of the problem
- Explaining first line functionalities and operation of the package
- Keep the manual and FAQ up to date

**Requirements**:
- Education: You have a Bachelor or Master degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Languages: Fluent in French with good knowledge in English. Dutch is an asset.
- Skills:

\- Experience with software packages is a great asset.
\- You have problem-solving skills (detecting, solving, optimizing).
