**Who are we?**

The Belgian, B-Corp certified company IBA has opened new ways to diagnose and fight cancer or sterilize materials with the most advanced accelerator-based technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
The Digital solutions team at IBA focuses on bringing value to their customers all along their journey (from solutions prospection, implementation, servicing up to upgrading and decommissioning).

As product owner of the customer portal deserving multiple business lines, you’ll analyze the customers journey and other stakeholders' needs, detect business opportunities to build a customer portal vision and road map. You’ll be the interface between business teams and digital teams (business analysts, Ux designers, s/w developers, data and infrastructure engineers) to drive and monitor the value generated by the portal.

**Main tasks**
- Participation to project development teams
- Roadmap implementations follow up, budget management, customer satisfaction
- Develop internal and external network,
- Listen to the internal and external stakeholders and detect opportunities
- Suggest program effectiveness improvements
- Actively suggest improvements, report opportunities

**Profile**
- Business, finance, or IT studies
- Experience in IT product management/development
- Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination (customers and development teams)
- Digital native/mindset
- Good listening skills, structured and influential communication
- Fluency in English, French is an asset
