We provide two types of therapy center: the IBA’s Proteus®PLUS which offer a multi-room solution and the Proteus®ONE who is a more compact single room solution that is easier to install, integrate and operate.

To date, more than 58 world renowned medical institutions have built a Particle Therapy Center with IBA across 3 continents.

Mission

As a Customer Success Manager - Proton Therapy, your mission is to understand and drive the elements leading IBA’s customers to success. You will develop new marketing strategies, manage complex digital projects, and define success metrics. You drive the IBA Campus User Community and its interactions, both digitally and in presence.

You will work closely with the Commercial, Clinical, and Operations teams to demonstrate IBA's market leadership with customers worldwide.

You report directly to the Global Marketing Director Proton Therapy and join the Marketing Team composed of 4 Global Marketing Managers and 3 Regional Marketing Managers.

**Your main tasks**:

- You analyze the drivers (patient care, business models, reputation, ) of Customer Success globally and locally.
- You articulate those elements into a value proposition for the IBA Campus User Community.
- You leverage the IBA Campus digital platform and maximize the impact of the IBA community
- You act as a key user for the evolution of the IBA Customer Portal, provide support and training
- You monitor customer usage and engagement.
- You create a funnel of users to the Campus Web platform by curating content and running recruitment campaigns
- You organize the IBA User Meeting on a bi-yearly basis
- You support IBA customers and maximize their satisfaction to make them IBA ambassadors
- You ensure and enhance a consistent branding compliant with corporate/other standards
- You manage relationships with suppliers, strategic partners, and agents/distributors
- You run customer engagement surveys, measure and report customer success metrics
- You create marketing support collaterals for customers
- You manage the customer success marketing budget

**You have**:

- A Master's degree or equivalent by experience in medical physics, medicine, marketing, or sales
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Strong expertise in event management
- A good knowledge of digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Pardot, and general Web Apps
- A strong affinity for advanced technology and knowledge in the imaging or radiotherapy industry is an asset
- A relevant experience in an international environment
- Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English
- Knowledge of health economics and or hospital operations is a plus.
