**Mission**

The Digital solutions team at IBA focuses on bringing value to their customers all along their journey (from solutions prospection, implementation, servicing up to upgrading and decommissioning).

As Product Owner, you have an amazing opportunity to define the strategy, roadmap, and maturity model for the Power Platform and automation across the organization.

**Core Responsibilities**

As a Power Platform Product Owner/Sysadmin, your responsibilities will be to:

- **Translate business requirements** into efficient Power Platform solutions
- **Define the roadmap** for Power Platform and automation to accelerate innovation across the organization
- **Define and improve the governance and documentation**:

- **Share best practices** and act as an evangelist to promote a power platform within the company
- **Update and maintain the Center of Excellence** and perform routine monitoring on the platform
- **Perform various sysadmin tasks** through Azure AD and Power Platform Admin Center
- **Stay current with updates from Microsoft **and provide communications to the company for any relevant new features
- **Create and maintain training **for employees of all experience levels

**Do you have what it takes?**
- To be successful in this role you will need to have **hands-on technical knowledge of Power Apps** and **Power Automate** along with Enterprise administration and monitoring experience.
- You are a self-starter **able to work autonomously**, organize support resources, and **drive real change in an organization** by **maximizing the positive impacts of the Power Platform**.

In addition,
**the following experience is an asset**:

- 4 years of relevant technology experience
- Expert in **Power Platform ecosystem** (certified in PL-600 will be a plus)
- Experience managing enterprise IT services, technical products, or projects
- Industry best practice knowledge of Power Platform, automation, and deployment
- Experience developing custom API data connectors in Power Platform
- Platform Admin experience
- Experience building solutions usin
