VP of Product

The Vice President of Product - Life Sciences at N-SIDE, you will define and drive the global product vision, product strategy and execution across our Life Sciences portfolio of software and services . Reporting directly to the Managing Director Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping N-SIDE’s strategic direction and ensuring our products deliver measurable value to customers and sustainable growth for the company. You will own strategic decisions around product vision, investment prioritization, and roadmap execution. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers, collaborating closely with them to empower innovation and execution excellence , and fostering a culture of customer-centricity. Acting at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and market insight, you will ensure that our products remain differentiated, scalable, and positioned for long-term success. What you'll do: Shape and execute strategy Define and own the Life Sciences product strategy and roadmap, aligned with N-SIDE’s growth objectives. Translate business goals, customer needs, and market dynamics into clear priorities and outcomes. Drive differentiation through innovation that balances technical feasibility, business impact, and user experience. Lead the product organization Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Product Managers, creating a culture of customer-centricity, collaboration, and accountability. Develop the team’s capability to operate across product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management. Set clear expectations for ownership, execution, and impact. Drive business and customer value Ensure monetization and go-to-market strategies are integral to product planning. Partner with Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Account teams to deliver seamless execution and measurable results. Engage directly with clients to understand emerging needs, validate value, and shape the product roadmap. Measure and scale impact Define and track product KPIs, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and deliver customer outcomes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation, learning, and iteration. Represent N-SIDE’s product vision externally: at client forums, industry conferences, and thought leadership platforms About you: You are an innovative and visionary product leader who combines deep business insights with strong technical expertise, driving product excellence and market distinction.Your leadership style fosters unity and alignment around a shared vision, creating a cohesive and results-driven environment. Product Ecosystem and Portfolio Management You have successfully led a portfolio of interconnected software solutions supported by services, creating an integrated ecosystem rather than standalone products. You ensure alignment across internal solutions and external integrations, driving business success through a unified product strategy, robust execution, and effective change management across customer environments. Product Growth & Market Success You have a proven track record of successful product launches and of scaling SaaS products, preferably within the Life Sciences sector. You integrate monetization strategies into product design and decision-making to drive sustainable growth and long-term value. Technical & Analytical Excellence You demonstrate technical fluency, with a solid grasp of software development processes (e.g., agile methodologies, design principles) and an ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams. Apply a data-driven approach to identify trends, guide strategic choices, and continuously improve the product experience. You embrace change and emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence (AI), leveraging them to transform products, enhance customer value, and continuously evolve strategies in response to market dynamics and user feedback. Experience managing a Customer Product Feedback/Experience Platform is a plus. You inspire cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure execution excellence. You lead with empathy, resilience, creativity, and integrity, using these strengths to motivate and guide teams effectively. You are proactive and solution-oriented, removing roadblocks and fostering a culture of accountability and results.
