Customer Care Medewerker Zimmo Bij Zimmo zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantgerichte Customer Care medewerker om ons team te versterken. Ben jij een echte teamspeler die energie haalt uit het helpen van klanten en het oplossen van problemen? Dan ben jij misschien wel de diamant die we zoeken Wat doe je zoal in een dag? Samen met je collega's zorg jij ervoor dat onze klanten de best mogelijke service krijgen. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor vragen, ondersteuning en oplossingen en draagt klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel. Je gaat nauwkeurig om met administratie en informatie en leert snel werken met onze tools. Je beantwoordt vragen per mail en telefonisch. Je begrijpt wat klanten écht nodig hebben en denkt oplossingsgericht mee. Je communiceert helder, vriendelijk en professioneel in elke situatie. Je blijft rustig en klantgericht, ook in stressvolle situaties. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook thuis in een team. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Welke diamant zoeken we? Je hebt een passie voor klantgericht werken en denkt altijd in oplossingen. Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel nieuwe systemen kennen. Je communiceert professioneel en vriendelijk, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je bent flexibel, positief ingesteld en een echte teamplayer. Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
