Contimac, een familiebedrijf gelegen in Asse, is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en service van professionele machines, gereedschappen en werkplaatsinrichting voor de industrie-, bouw
- en automotive sector. Ze hebben een zorgvuldig geselecteerd en kwaliteitsvol assortiment van meer dan 5000 referenties aan machines en gereedschappen.

**Wat verwacht Contimac van zijn Customer Success Representative?**

Als technisch Customer Success Representative help je op de commerciële binnendienst de klanten zo goed mogelijk verder:

- Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten zowel telefonisch als via mail;
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan de klant en je denkt proactief mee;
- Je behandelt aanvragen en offertes van klanten;
- Je doet de administratieve opvolging van bestellingen en leveringen;
- Je komt terecht in het salesteam waarbij je ondersteuning biedt aan de sales;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de externe sales en diverse interne diensten (logistiek, service,...).

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je hebt een commerciële en / of een klantenservice gerelateerde opleiding genoten.
- Je kan 3 jaar relevante werkervaring voorleggen.
- Je bent in staat te plannen en te organiseren
- Je bent stressbestendig genoeg om deadlines te halen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in ERP systemen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en kennis van het Frans en Engels is een sterke plus
