**Functie**:
Als **After Sales Back Office Administrator** krijg je heel wat verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor de administratie van onze **back** **office** voor de Customer Service en je verzorgt de back-up voor onze dispatch;
- ** Offertes** maak je zelfstandig op;
- **Facturen** en **credit** **nota's** maak en verwerk je zelf;
- De klantendossiers voor de **Customer** **Service** zitten in jouw beheer;
- De **correspondentie** verzorg jijzelf;
- Back-up **dispatching** taken voer je eveneens uit.

- Je bent klant
