You would be joining our engineering team composed of 5 devs (4 back-end, 1 senior front-end React / React Native), having all between 5 and 12 years of experience

Your main mission will be to be responsible for leading the implementation of our mobile app in React Native and the implementation of ReactJS micro-frontends to gradually replace our Rails monolith SSR Views by a full React SPA, while working as close together with the backend, mobile and design teams.

**The Role**:
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our front-end stack, with a dual focus on:

- ** Leading mobile app development** with React Native
- ** Migrating web front-end** from a Rails SSR monolith to a **ReactJS micro-frontend SPA**

You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend to **deliver real impact quickly**, with the autonomy to propose better solutions and challenge existing flows.

We’re especially excited by developers who are curious about AI and use modern tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to boost quality and velocity in real-world workflows.

**️ Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain high-performance UI components in **ReactJS** and **React Native**
- ** Collaborate** with product & design to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces
- ** Lead** or co-lead mobile feature implementation
- ** Participate** in code reviews, pair programming & knowledge sharing
- ** Optimize** performance across mobile and web
- Contribute to the progressive decoupling of our Rails SSR views toward a modern React SPA
- Use **AI tooling** (Copilot, GPT, etc.) where useful to improve speed, quality, and creativity
- Help define **best practices** and shape our **front-end architecture**

** Must-have requirements**:

- You have **at least 3 years of experience** with Javascript frameworks
- You have **at least 3 years of experience** with ReactJS
- ** In-depth knowledge** of **JavaScript, CSS, Sass, HTML**, and front-end languages.
- Familiarity with **RESTful APIs or GraphQL**
- Understand the importance of building structured **code that is fast, reliable and robust**
- Experience with **automated testing: Jest, Cypress, etc** (unit/integration/feature tests)

**Nice-to-have requirements**:

- Experience with **React Native** (or strong motivation to learn fast)
- Familiarity with **Redux**
- Understanding of **Ruby on Rails** back-end APIs
- Contribution to **design systems** or scalable front-end architecture
- Past experience in **startups** or fast-paced product teams
