Als consulent bij Synergie ben je in de eerste plaats een matchmaker tussen bedrijf en uitzendkracht. Je peilt naar de competenties, ervaring en motivatie van de kandidaat en stelt de passende vacatures voor. Je rekruteert actief op verschillende kanalen en je hebt een neus voor opportuniteiten op de lokale arbeidsmarkt.
Door jouw commerciële feeling profileer je je als sterke partner van jouw klanten. Je begrijpt de noden in hun personeelsbeleid en stemt je service hierop af. Samen met je team zet je straffe commerciële acties op poten om interessante prospecten binnen te halen.
Ook op administratief vlak laat je alles op rolletjes verlopen: je houdt klanten
- en kandidatenfiches up-to-date, brengt alle arbeidscontracten en werkpostfiches in orde, post vacatures op jobsites,
- Je bent een overtuigende duizendpoot met een stevige dosis mensenkennis.
- Je bent een durfal en staat stevig in je schoenen, maar je uit steeds respectvol je mening.
- Jouw enthousiasme en nieuwsgierigheid werken aanstekelijk voor de rest van je team.
- Flexibiliteit is erg belangrijk; een nine-to-five mentaliteit is dus niet aan jou besteed.
- Je bent ambassadeur van de Synergiementaliteit: doen wat je zegt en zeggen wat je doet.
- Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor-diploma of je kan rekenen op een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
