Hou jij van contact met mensen? In een persoonlijk gesprek, via mail of telefonisch. Je betekent graag iets voor een ander? Je wordt instant blij van de gedachte dat jij iemand aan een nieuwe job kan helpen. Maar sta je ook stevig in je schoenen en hou je van een uitdaging? Nieuwe prospecten binnenhalen, klanten overtuigen. Laat dat maar over aan jou

Als jij jezelf hierin herkent, dan beschik jij over dé eigenschappen die een HR Consultant nodig heeft
- Als uitzendconsulent bij Synergie ben je in de eerste plaats een matchmaker tussen bedrijven en werkzoekenden. Je searcht actief naar potentiële kandidaten op verschillende kanalen. Interessant profiel gevonden? Dan pak je de telefoon en plant een gesprek in. Je peilt naar de competenties, ervaring en motivatie van de kandidaat en stelt de passende vacatures voor.
- Je profileert jezelf als sterke partner van je klanten. Je begrijpt de noden in hun personeelsbeleid en stemt je service hierop af.
- Ook op administratief vlak laat je alles op rolletjes verlopen: je houdt klanten
- en kandidatenfiches up-to-date, brengt alle arbeidscontracten en werkpostfiches in orde, post vacatures op jobsites,

**Wat zoeken we?**:

- Heb jij een bachelordiploma op zak? Top In human resources, talen, communicatie, psychologie.. Onze recruiters hebben verschillende achtergronden.
- Zonder diploma aan de slag maar wel veel zin om bij te leren en je verder te ontwikkelen? Ook een optie
- Ervaring in HR of payroll is een grote plus, maar ook met een achtergrond in sales, retail of administratie ben je bij ons welkom.

**Wat bieden we?**:

- Een loon tussen €2400 - € 2800 / maand afhankelijk van ervaring, een bonussysteem en maaltijdcheques van €6/dag, een groeps

- Als je er eens tussenuit wilt, dan kan je rekenen op 32 dagen vrijaf.
- Ben je 2 jaar in dienst bij Synergie? De bedrijfswagen of ons mobiliteitsbudget staat voor je klaar
- Natuurlijk zijn er ook nog heel wat doorgroeimogelijkheden op termijn.
