**1. Introduction**: Join us at Inchcape as a BYD Financial Controller, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of Belgium and Luxembourg's electric vehicle market. As part of a fast-growing team, you'll be instrumental in driving financial efficiency and growth in a dynamic start-up environment. **2. Your role**: - Provide financial guidance to Operational Heads to achieve objectives. - Connduct qualitative monthly business reviews with Operational Heads. - Develop and maintain dashboards for performance management. - Assist in leading forecast exercises and variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and Internal Control Standards. **3. Your experience**: Must have: - Master's degree in Finance. - 2-3 years of relevant experience. - Strong understanding of general accounting procedures and financial reporting. - Fluent in French or Dutch with business English. - Proficiency in Excel. - be able to work in a "start-up" mindset Nice to have: - Familiarity with Power BI, Incadea, and SAP. - Strong communication skills and ability to challenge operational heads. **4.
