**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**
- A Workforce Experience Designer and Project Lead

**We count on you for**
- Employee engagement
- Prepares & deploys Solvay’s quarterly ONE Pulse. This involves the end-to-end execution including
- Coordination with the external supplier (Qulatrics) monthly to discuss open actions & concerns regarding the tool for ONE Pulse. This discussion also involves how to increase participation in subsequent Pulses and sharing of best practices
- External benchmarking & development of questions (keeping in mind the business and timing context)
- Close collaboration with SBS regarding technical aspects (e.g. set-up of dashboard, translations & user testing)
- Roll out a smooth campaign launch and address any problems and/or inquiries that may arise
- Work with the DEI team to create an annual DEI survey as one of the quarterly ONE Pulses
- Reviews the journey of an employee at Solvay to continuously measure, embed, and increase engagement
- Ensuring engagement is measured in onboarding surveys & exit interviews and addressing feedback and needs to increase retention
- Embed engagement during check-ins and performance reviews by working with both the Talent and Communications teams
- Provides resources and toolkits to managers on what is employee engagement, why it is important to them and the company, and how they can engage their teams
- Creates “newcomers’ coffees” to increase the sense of belonging for new employees and to help them create a network within the company
- Identify moments that impact an employee’s organizational experience at Solvay and further understand the processes behind
- Lead workshops with relevant stakeholders to diver deeper into the process to understand what is working and what could be improved
- Roll out actionable and measurable recommendations
- Actively contribute to Solvay ONE Planet’s initiatives
- Sustainability champion for HR in the Group’s Sustainability Network
- Creating links with the Workforce Experience team on how to contribute to sustainability
- Member of the Sustainability Culture in Action (SCA), focusing on challenging the Group’s sustainability priorities and raising awareness to teams so that every employee becomes a sustainability officer
- Current DEI Taskforce Member responsible for 1 of ONE Dignity’s 9 DEI objectives
- Focuses on creating an inclusive environment in which people speak up or speak out on non-inclusive behaviors - organized workshops/training and an awareness campaign
- Supports the DEI team and ERGs - created a people development framework for ERGs to address the specific talent needs of underrepresented groups using a focus group approach
- Potential coordination of the Solvay Solidarity Fund (pending decision)
