Api Laboratory Technician

As an API Laboratory Technician, you participate in the development and robustness analysis of API manufacturing processes by performing organic synthesis and analytical chemistry experiments. You perform API production in a GMP environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- You carry out the experiments and quality controls necessary for your mission in compliance with good practices and safety rules.
- You collect the results, encode them in the work files and analyze them with the team members.
- You maintain a laboratory notebook and complete and structured experiment reports.
- You calibrate the equipment used and ensure their follow-up, maintenance and qualification.
- You support the development of new analytical methods.
- You maintain the stock of chemicals and consumables of the R&D laboratory.
- You maintain the safety data sheets for the R&D laboratory products.
- You carry out the production of APIs following the instructions indicated on the Batch Record or other document, respecting the applicable GMP procedures and rules.
- You check the items (starting materials, raw materials and production disposables) before production and complete the documents related to the production.
- You carry out the chemical synthesis, purification, quantification and isolation of the finished product.
- You check the materials and the Manufacturing Batch Record (MBR) at the end of production.

Profile
- You have a Bachelor degree in chemistry or laboratory technologist or equivalent by experience.
- You have ideally a first experience in organic synthesis.
- You have a good command of English.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You have an affinity for analytical chemistry.
- You have excellent organizational skills and an analytical mind.
- You are rigorous, precise and have the spirit of synthesis and analysis.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
