We are recruiting a bilingual Customer Service Agent to join a growing European organisation active in medical diagnostics and laboratory solutions. The company designs and supplies high-quality diagnostic systems used by hospitals and laboratories across Belgium and beyond, with a strong reputation for innovation, stability, and long-term investment in people.This is a junior-level role with excellent training and a clear development path for candidates who are technically curious, customer-focused, and fluent in both French and Dutch.The roleAs a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers across Belgium who are using large-scale diagnostic and laboratory equipment. You will provide first-line technical support, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and ensure a high-quality service experience in both French and Dutch.While this is a technical support role, prior experience as an engineer or technician is not essential.
