**Description**:
Programme Coordination
- Coordinate speaker and abstract management for several events & congresses and conferences
- Build abstract submission platforms according to the client’s needs and follow up on reviewing and selection processes
- Onsite speaker management
- Post-event evaluation and follow-up with all stakeholders

Project Management Assistance
- Assist the Manager on delivering programme & speaker management of a variety of events
- Provide support for on-time delivery of online or small events
- Understand and coordinate virtual event platforms, web conferences and live streams

Communication
- Build the abstract website according to the given instructions (i.e.: content)

Admin, IT & Tools
- Complete procedures, documents, forms, reports that are essential to the day-to-day operations of the programme & speaker coordination of events.

**Profil**
- English: minimum C1
- Interest in European projects
- Experience in administration and/or customer care
- Experience in event is a plus
- Master's or bachelor's degree
