Ons merkporfolio is zeer uiteenlopend met merken als Scotch & Soda, Pepe Jeans, Hackett London, Strellson, Joop, Love Stories, NA-KD, Karl Lagerfeld, Arniesays, Ecoalf, Dockers, Façonnable, Rainkiss, Vingino & meer. **Jouw Functie**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van vooropgezette targets.
- Je leeft je in eerste instantie uit in de dagelijkse verkoop en het verlenen van advies aan de klant.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de nodige administratieve taken, goederenstroom en stockbeheer.
- Je weet perfect hoe je een team kan motiveren, begeleiden en bijsturen in samenwerking van de storemanager.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitstraling, de sfeer en de omzet van de winkel.

**Jouw Profiel**:

- Commerciële en organisatorische ingesteldheid.
- Een teamplayer die goed kan communiceren.
- Gepassioneerd door mode.
- Ervaring in verkoop is een must.
- Flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en sociale skills.
- Drietaligheid NL-FR-ENG.
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in leidinggeven.

**Required experience**:

- Experience in the sector for a minimum 2 years.
- Training cycle.
