Het **coördineren **en duurzaam implementeren van het Quality Management Systeem op de site (beheren van KPI’s, non-conformiteiten, QA-opleidingen )
- Het uitvoeren van** risico-analyses** en het beheer van bijkomende documenten, zoals het opmaken en opvolgen van actieplannen
- Het **aansturen **van het lokale QC team alsook een belangrijke rol in de samenwerking met de andere Plant Q&E’s aangaande nieuwe projecten, wetgeving
- Het **uitvoeren **van interne audits (zowel op de eigen site als in andere vestigingen van de groep) en het coördineren van daaruit volgende actieplannen
- Het **voorbereiden en begeleiden van externe audits**, waaronder BRC - IFS - ACS alsook klantenaudits zoals Sainsbury’s, Lidl...
- Het opmaken van QA **trendanalyses **met oog voor continuous improvement
- In het kader van TPM (Total Preventive Management) werk je mee als hoofd in de kwaliteitspijler.
- De interne en externe communicatie met betrekking tot kwaliteitsgerelateerde dossiers en projecten.

**Jouw profiel**
- Je beschikt of over een Master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je beschikt over 3-5 jaar werkervaring binnen een **kwaliteitsomgeving **van een **voedingsbedrijf**:

- Je hebt ervaring met GFSI (BRC, IFS, ) audits en bent voldoende communicatief om met de nodige overtuigingskracht en doorzetting het belang van QA te doen leven op de site
- Je bent sterk analytisch en beschikt over een kritische blik
- Je bent flexibel, open en steeds op zoek naar verbetering
- Als hands-on persoon hou je van tempo en weet je prioriteiten te stellen
- Je bent besluitvaardig en weet je beslissingen ook te verdedigen ten aanzien van derden
- Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt goede kennis van het Engels.
