..**Wat doe je?**:
Als ervaren Senior Advisor pik je diezelfde rol op in Suriname om daar de collega's wegwijs te maken in jouw project

**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Je hebt gedegen ervaring als SRA op het Telenet project en bent klaar om in het buitenland een voorbeeldrol aan te nemen.

Je kan je vrij maken om in het buitenland te verblijven van juli tot december (periode is licht bespreekbaar)

Je hebt een internationaal paspoort dat nog minstens 6 maanden na je terugkomst geldig is. Heb je dit niet, ben je bereid dit aan te vragen.

Je bent bereid de nodige inentingen te krijgen om het land in te reizen

**Wat krijg je ervoor in de plaats?**:
Voor deze missie in het buitenland wordt je reis en verblijf door het bedrijf betaald

Je krijgt bovenop je loon een detacheringspremie en een dagvergoeding voor de periode dat je in het buitenland bent

Daarnaast komt WEngage tussen in de kosten die je maakt specifiek voor deze afreis zoals visum, inentingen, eventueel paspoort etc.

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen maken we van jouw start een succes Het ganse WEngage team staat klaar om jou met open armen te ontvangen. We zorgen er voor dat je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je wegwijs kunnen maken in ons bedrijf. Zij nemen je mee in de voor jouw functie belangrijke programma’s, werkmethodes en procedures en laten je kennis maken met de andere teams binnen WEngage. Tijdens je inloopperiode staan ze je bij met raad en daad, maar ook daarna kan je op hen rekenen.
