Event Specialist

**About us**:
**What are we looking for?**

Being a direct sales company, client contact, organizing test rides and events as well offering proper bike service is key to the success of our brand and sales development. As an Event Specialist, you will therefore play a key role in overseeing all the activities related to our events and fairs. Moreover, you will be involved in managing our service partner network as well as customer support to assure a high-quality customer experience for all our clients.

**What are your responsibilities?**

Event Management:

- _Events logistics & preparation_: You will handle the logistics for the events and fairs (10 - 15 per year) to guarantee a customer-friendly set-up and service (e.g. drive to events with material, mount and disassemble the material, clean and put material in order afterwards, secure that all necessary material is available on time.)
- _Events participation_: You will present our BZEN bikes’ USPs and collect leads from interested persons. You support our marketing team in putting content on our social media channels by taking photos and videos.
- _Events follow-up_: You will secure a good follow-up of prospective clients and help in preparing post-event reports (biking market trends, information about competitors, consumer insights).
Service Partner & Ambassador Management:

- You will assist in expanding the Service Partner & Ambassador network. In this regard, you will also support the onboarding of new service partners and provide first-line administrative and technical support in cooperation with the rest of our team.
Customer & Brand Store Support:
**Your profile**
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken). Excellent knowledge of German is an advantage. Good knowledge of French is also seen as a plus.
- You have some decent knowledge and are passionate about e-bikes or bikes in general and/or motivated to dive into and learn more about our bikes and technology.
- Previous experiences in event management, stakeholder/project management or customer support will be an advantage.
- You can always keep a positive attitude and are a good communicator.
- You have good project management and organizational skills.
- You can stay calm under pressure and are problem-solving minded.
- You have good sales skills.
- You like travelling around and you have a driving license. Most of the events are taking place during the weekends in different cities in Germany and Belgium. Depending on the demand, participation in events in other EU countries will also be required.

**Other information**
- _Expected start date_: as soon as possible
- _Contract_: Full-time, permanent contract
- _Place of employment_: You can work remotely but you should be located in or close to Antwerp. You will regularly work and meet in our office at our Brand Store in Antwerp.
- _Travelling_: Germany, BeNeLux and France with up to 10-15 events per year, mainly during weekends (working time on weekends will be compensated accordingly).
