**Collaborative Excellence**:
As an Agile Scrum Master, you will become an integral part of our Agile Coaches' team. Your primary mission? Fostering seamless collaboration between two teams and nurturing their Agile culture. You'll be an active participant in Lean & Agile Office team events, from exhilarating scrum sessions to strategy brainstorming. There's room for co-facilitating workshops and training sessions, adding that extra layer of dynamism to your role.

We're in pursuit of an Agile Scrum Master who embodies the following qualities:
- **Team Empowerment**: You prioritize the needs of both individuals and teams, fostering a culture of empowerment.
- **Feedback Dynamo**: You excel in providing constructive feedback, facilitating continuous improvement.
- **Independent Orchestrator**: The ability to autonomously plan Scrum activities and lead without constant supervision is your forte.
- **Proven Mastery**: A proven track record of at least 3 years as a Scrum Master, ideally across 2-3 diverse teams, with extra kudos for experience beyond IT.
- **Agile Maestro**: You're well-versed in the art of training in Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodologies, and related techniques.
- **Adaptive Visionary**: Proficiency in various Agile project/product management approaches (Scrum, Kanban, and more) allows you to adapt seamlessly to the team's needs.
- **Facilitation Expert**: Your prowess extends to both virtual and physical team facilitation, creating the ideal atmosphere for success.
