**The Company**

ECSOR sa/nv is a clinical research organisation (CRO) that manages Phase I to Phase IV studies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and food supplement sectors. ECSOR also provides an extensive network of investigators in Belgium and France (more than 250 general practitioners) which has proven effective in rapidly attaining the desired patient recruitment rates with a high degree of certainty

**Role and Responsibilities**

The Clinical Study Nurse works directly with a Medical Manager and a team. As a Study Coordinator ensures clinical trials are conducted in accordance with scientific, medical, and ethical principles, within regulatory requirements/guidelines, and ECSOR’s SOPs:

- You are responsible for the coordination of Clinical studies;
- You master Good Clinical Practice (GCP), the ethical and scientific quality standards in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki;
- You communicate the research protocol to the Investigators, specify the team's interventions in the clinical studies and inform them of their role;
- You collect the necessary data according to the clinical trial protocol;
- You do the follow-up of the study patients and liaise with the investigators;
- For practical and administrative questions about studies, you are the central point of contact;
- You are prepared to undergo further training depending on the type of study you are working on;
- You are flexible and willing to travel (mostly in Belgium)

**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**
- You will have had a Bachelor degree in Nursing;
- You have perfect knowledge of French and very good knowledge of Dutch;
- You have knowledge of written and spoken medical English;
- You have knowledge of IT tools(MS Office, Internet browser, eCRF’s,...);
- You have a driving license (B);
- You are proficient in Good Clinical Practice;
- You are autonomous, human, reactive and rigorous in processing information;
- You have a sense of work organization and responsibility;
- You demonstrate excellent assessment skills and standard of care;
- You see yourself operating in a small business where both cohesiveness and taking initiative are essential.
