**Description**:
**YOUR CHALLENGES**

The Business Development function is a critical role within the company, reporting Managing Director.

This is a hands-on role that requires constant engagement with prospects and new opportunities across industries and different persons.

Develop and implement the business strategy to grow, to increase profitable turn over by identifying, and closing new customers in the existing field of industry (Glass Manufacturer) or new field of industry, new geographical territories, new customer profiles.

Develop and participate in effective marketing activities. Using sales and marketing best practices to achieve revenue targets.

Find alternative sources for existing or new references. Further develop ICOR product catalogue considering evolution of the customer needs.

This is a Business Development Mission on both Selling and Buying side of the company.

**Profil**

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Seasoned and mature professional with vast work experience in intermediaries Business.
- Strong track record in client acquisition and business development, particularly in an international environment.
- Experience in automotive industry (glass industry is on asset).
- A good understanding of automotive market and client’s expectations are essential for succeeding in this role.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in English as well as excellent knowledge of the other languages used in our target markets of like Dutch, German, French.
