Nous sommes également à l’origine d’**Ellion Labs**, un incubateur de projets internes à fort impact. **Votre rôle** En tant que Business Developer chez Ellion, vous serez un acteur clé de notre croissance. Vous aurez pour mission de : - Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients dans le secteur pharma & biotech (Belgique et international). - Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vente : prise de contact, qualification, proposition de valeur, closing. - Co-construire des solutions sur-mesure avec nos experts pour répondre aux enjeux de nos clients. - Participer activement à la stratégie de développement commercial d’Ellion. - Représenter l’image d’Ellion dans des événements, salons ou conférences du secteur. **Profil recherché** - Expérience confirmée (min. 2 ans) dans un rôle de business developer ou similaire, dans l’industrie pharma ou les services B2B à haute valeur ajoutée. - Excellente communication en français, néerlandais et anglais. - Goût du challenge, esprit entrepreneurial, sens du collectif. - Capacité à comprendre des environnements complexes (réglementaire, qualité, technique). - Forte affinité avec les environnements startup et l’innovation. **Ce que nous offrons** - **Un environnement entrepreneurial stimulant** : liberté d’initiative, innovation permanente, hiérarchie horizontale. - **Des perspectives d’évolution fortes** : tu ne seras pas un simple "sales", mais un pilier dans la construction d’Ellion.
