**Functie**:
**Jouw uitdaging ?** _Het aanspreekpunt zijn voor hun klanten (bredrijven en particulieren), voornamelijk via mail en telefoon _
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Insurance Advisor:
- Je analyseert de aanvragen van prospecten op korte termijn en je opvolgt met toegevoegde waarde
- Je bent proactief : je zoekt naar opportuniteiten om nieuwe business te realiseren
- Je maakt een vertrouwenrelatie met jouw bestaande klanten en je ontwikkelt jouw klantenportefeuille
- Je verzorgt de dagelijkse communicatie met klanten en verzekeraars
- Je correct verwerkt van de data en je houdt up to date van de beheerssysteem

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
**Wat verwachten we van jou ?**
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt goede kennis van Frans
- Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma in verzekering of je hebt een relevante werkervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (in de verzekeringssector)
- Passie voor verzekeringswereld, heb je een grondige kennis in verzekeringen BOAR en Leven
- Je bent klantgericht : je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en bent pas tevreden als de klant tevreden is.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer en hebt natuurlijke voorkeur voor teamwork
- Je beschikt over een administratieve nauwkeurigheid met aandacht voor details
