**You are the ideal person if you have**:
- Solid commercial training;
- Sales experience at least 3 years;
- Strong communication skills, openness and interest in our customers and products;
- Persuasiveness and negotiation skills;
- Healthy ambition and tenacity to achieve given and self-imposed goals;
- Don't be afraid of field service with hotel accommodation;
- Fluent in French and Dutch and very good in English (spoken and written); German language is an asset;
- IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent team player;

**As Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include**:
- Independent support and continuous expansion of an existing customer base after first-class introduction:
- Acquisition of new customers through their enthusiasm for our high-quality products and services;
- Developing clear and effective written proposals/offers to potential clients;
- Regular team events in your region and training;
- Constant support from your manager and our internal sales team;
- Identifies benefits and compares the organization's products/services;
- Coordinating sales activities with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups;
- Participation in trade fairs and congresses.
