We’re looking for a hands-on **Automation & AI Lead Generation Specialist** to join our AI Transformation Team and help us design smart, scalable lead generation workflows. You’ll be responsible for developing automation pipelines and AI-powered integrations that connect internal systems (e.g. HubSpot, CRM) with external data sources, transforming how we identify, enrich, and route sales and marketing leads.
Your work will directly enable our marketing and sales teams to focus on high-value conversations, while automation takes care of the busy work in the background. You’ll build reliable pipelines, experiment with LLM-based enrichment, and work alongside a growing international team that’s focused on measurable results.
If well implemented, this role could evolve into an ongoing position with deeper involvement in our global automation roadmap.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Design and implement AI-powered automations that connect HubSpot, internal CRMs, and external lead data tools (e.g. Clearbit, scraping tools, enrichment APIs).
- Deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LLMs to generate personalized outbound messages that stay true to our brand and comply with GDPR.
- Integrate third-party data (e.g. LinkedIn) and define lead qualification criteria in collaboration with marketing and sales stakeholders.
- Deliver alerts, dashboards, and funnel monitoring using tools like Microsoft Teams and Power BI.
- Continuously refine automation logic to improve lead quality and conversion rates across the marketing and sales funnel.

**Job requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation, workflow automation, or CRM/MarTech integrations.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot or similar CRMs, including data models, workflows, scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience with third-party lead enrichment APIs and integration of tools like Clearbit or LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), content generation, and prompt tuning for outbound messaging.
- Comfortable defining and tracking performance metrics for lead qualification and pipeline health.
