Wij zijn opzoek naar de nieuwe You in Younit
We bestaan uit een jong dynamisch team met een frisse kijk op de evenementensector.
De missie van Younit is om ons gemotiveerd team te connecten met fijne klanten.
Hierbij ondersteunen we beide partijen ook met alle administratie.
Geen dag is hier hetzelfde. We zijn een enthousiast en levendig team van 7 dat een leading lady of men nodig heeft op de back-office. We zoeken iemand met pit die tegen een (figuurlijk) stootje kan, doelgericht en zot is op structuur en cijfers. Kom deel uitmaken van ons kernteam
De twee steunpilaren waarop we gebouwd zijn: ‘kwalitatief werk’ en ‘community’. We zijn intussen gegroeid tot 550 à 600 actieve uitzendkrachten die we beschouwen als onze framily, onze Youniters. De cliché leuze ‘work hard, play hard’, staat bij ons centraal. We eisen kwaliteit, maar geven veel fun in return waarbij we iedereen belonen voor het harde werk. Gezien de groei zich blijft voortzetten, hebben we nood aan een administratieve duizendpoot die van alle markten thuis is en zijn/haar rol snel onder de knie heeft.

Wat zal je nu allemaal doen?
Je basistaken bestaan voornamelijk uit boekhouding en HR. Efficiënt communiceren, correct opvolgen van de cijfers is een must. We rekenen erop dat je de stand van zaken correct inschat. Voor het kantoorpersoneel ben je een rots in branding. Evaluatiegesprekken inplannen, verloningen, aanvragen verlof zal allemaal door jou gebeuren. Hiernaast mag je je creativiteit in de kijker zetten. We rekenen op jou voor de knallende personeelsfeesten bij Younit Federgon kent geen geheimen voor jou en is quasi je beste vriend. Je staat ons bij met je raad.
Verder zijn er nog enkele algemene skills die vereist zijn om het dagdagelijkse werk vlot te
laten verlopen:
- De Nederlandse taal beheersen en zeer vloeiend spreken
- Kunnen werken in een Google-omgeving (Spreadsheets, Docx )
- Sterk timemanagement voeren
- Taken prioriteren
Wie ben jij?
- Enthousiast persoon, klaar voor een uitdaging
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Genoten van een bacheloropleiding of hoger
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken, maar eveneens in team
- Gestructureerd en doelgericht
- Oog voor detail
