Job Description
**How will you make an impact?**
Lead and coordinate european eclinical app and work streams within multifunctional programs such as developments of the new tool, integrations, pilots, training and continuous follow up on performance of the app to secure high standards UX. Provide project management support to the European Clinical Business. Serve as the focal point for both internal and external stakeholders and partners.

**What will you do?**
- Responsible as product owner for all aspects of the app: UX, project management, from kickoff through closure
- Coordinate, synchronize and lead overall project timelines across core team including the Business, PMO, UX, Roadmap, Product Management, Digital Engineering, QAetc. as well as 3rd party/external vendors
- As product owner, you will be accountable to define and design specs that will fulfill ECL app to deliver best in class UX across all EU businesses
- Accountable for execution and communication of project timelines
- Review team progress against requirements and plans and resolve deviations
- Assist Core Team members in resolving extended team and functional issues
- Prepare and present project updates, including metrics, to Content, PMO leaders and cross-functional stakeholders and partners
- Work with stakeholders/business across EU to understand and prioritize capabilities
- Work with Digital Engineering Solution Owners and other partners to facilitate results and timelines associated with solution development
- Participate in Business planning and reporting processes
- Participate in weekly Solution Sync meetings and update status reports
- Participate in Agile Release Team (ART) sync sessions together with development teams

Qualifications
**How will you get there?**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Science, Engineering, Business or related degree) preferred + MBA or Master Degree a plus
- 3-7+ years of professional experience; at least 3 years of product mgr, project program and/or leadership management experience, including experience with project tracking tools such as A3, MS Project, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems, practices, and processes desired
- Bilingual in English + French or German a plus
