This position will be part of the KION Group - Mobile Automation Execution team KION Mobile Automation (KMA) is the world-leading, fast-growing, innovative frontrunner in the development of mobile robotics, robotic fleet controllers and cloud-based fleet logistics management systems. KMA has a focus on Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. AGVs are fully autonomous robots that move and transport items in production, warehouse, and distribution centers without manual intervention or permanent conveying systems.

- Core Responsibilities:

- The primary recruiting focus will be KION Mobile Automation (KMA). The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for:

- Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition - phone screening, analyzing data, setting benchmarks, sourcing, schedule interviews, create/ build strategy, competitor analysis, and more
- Manage high volume requisition load to meet the demands of the business
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Must have a high energy level, be pro-active and support oriented
- Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
- Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction
- Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space
- Experience recruiting positions in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics), installation, project management, and business functions
- Experience with e-recruitment systems; Workday preferred
- Experience with sourcing and building relationships
- External network of recruitment experts and resources
