**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline (such as Business Administration, Finance or Management Accounting) with 2 years post-related experience, lack of a degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 4 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Understanding of accounting standards (IPSAS or IFRS/IAS);
- Demonstrate skills and experience Financial Management, budgeting and control.
**Duties/role**:
- Executing internal Procure to Pay controls related to Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Receipts;
- Executing internal Order to Cash controls related to Service Planning, Proposals, Uploads, and Billing;
- Assisting in the review of Revenue and Expense monitoring for Services.
