The UgenTec headquarters are located in Hasselt at the Corda Campus, where a diverse team of 50 people is bringing our SaaS software suite to the global market.

**Your team**

You will join the UgenTec marketing team as a junior marketer, gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into this role. Within the team, you’ll be well supported and collaborate closely to make our marketing efforts a success and drive further adoption and recognition for our AI-based SaaS software platform for clinical molecular diagnostics.

**What you'll **do**

As a junior marketer you will gradually taking on more responsibility as you grow into this role - taking ownership and supporting our events, help drive lead generation, support our social media presence, manage and maintain the marketing hub within HubSpot, and support content development and maintenance - and much more.

Your responsibilities:

- ** Event coordination & logistics**. Together with your marketing teammates, you’ll organize our presence at conferences and make our webinars shine. You’ll be responsible for the tactics & logistics of our scientific conferences and trade shows. These include live events as well as webinars.
- **Drive lead generation & CRM & marketing automation**. You’ll support our lead generation by managing contacts in HubSpot, keeping our CRM lead lists informative, clean and well-annotated, building and updating lead lists and ensuring GDPR compliance for use in campaigns and account-based marketing.** **You’ll keep our CRM humming along nicely, managing lead lists, enriching and curating contacts, mailings, workflows and content updates.
- **Content creation & web presence.** You’ll support the marketing team and HR in our web presence, training materials, and company collateral, with strong attention to SEO.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- You’re a digital native. You know the ins and outs of inbound and outbound marketing - by education or by experience, and you want to get your hands dirty.
- You know what makes social networks tick. You manage deadlines and concurrent projects well, and you _love_ geeking out on marketing and communication.
- You know your way around software and are keen to learn new tools. You know what a CRM can do for a company when you run it like a smooth engine.
- You’re tech savvy, a self-starter, team player, quick learner, you communicate well, you ask for help when you’re stuck, and you’re organized. You’re hands-on and eager to hit the ground running. We have an established marketing engine to bite down in and expand on, we use all the modern digital marketing software tools, we’re growing super-fast, and we’re keen to get hands-on together
