Voor de financiële afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een **Hoofd Boekhouder (m/v/x) **om ons team in Brussel (Haren) te versterken.

**What we expect**:
**Takenpakket**:

- Je geeft leiding aan ons boekhoudteam van 2/4 personen (GL-P-AR) en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de boekhouding voor twee juridische entiteiten (België en Luxemburg)
- Je werkt nauw samen met de financiële controleurs en onze CFO BELUX om de integriteit en nauwkeurigheid van financiële informatie te waarborgen

**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je begeleidt en leidt het boekhoudteam, je zorgt zo voor een goede taakverdeling, de ontwikkeling van de vaardigheden (opleiding) en je legt de nadruk op het welzijn en de samenwerking in het team
- Je houdt toezicht dat de boekhouding gebeurd volgens de geldende regels.
- Statutaire verplichtingen: voorbereiding en indiening van BNB-rekeningen, belastingaspecten (BTW, ISOC,..), transfer pricing, statistieken, bedrijfsadvies bundel,...
- Je bereidt de audits (intern en extern) alsook de coordinatie en opvolg ervan
- Je beheert de periodieke afsluitingen en rapportages (inclusief balans
- en resultatenrekeninganalyse, reconciliaties,...)
- Je beheert het kasbeheer: Volledig cashflowbeheer, beheer en contact met banken, optimalisatie van het betalings
- en inningproces,...
- Je optimaliseert de boekhoudprocedures om de efficiëntie te verbeteren en de controle te versterken. Je neemt ook deel aan de ontwikkeling van informatiesystemen (migratieproject naar een nieuw ERP-systeem)
- Je analyseert de financiële prestaties en strategische verbeteringsvoorstellen
- Andere financiële taken

**Who we are looking for**:
**Vereisten**:

- Diploma in boekhouding, financiën of een gerelateerd vakgebied
- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, met eerdere ervaring in teamleiding
- Uitgebreide kennis van boekhoudtechnieken
- en normen: BEGAAP, LUGAAP, IFRS (inclusief IAS19 en IFRS16)
- Uitstekende managementvaardigheden (communicatie, training, begeleiding)
- Vloeiend in Frans, Nederlands en Engels
- Uitgebreide ervaring met financiële en boekhoudmodules van SAP (FI-CO-MM)
- Succesvolle ervaring met procesherontwerp in een financiële afdeling
- Beheersing van boekhoudsoftware en financiële managementtools
- Bewezen vermogen om complexe boekhoudprojecten te beheren
- Professionele integriteit en toewijding aan vertrouwelijkheid
