**A day in the life of a Brand Manager**
- **Brand Strategy**:You contribute to the development and execution of our local brand strategies both in Belgium and the Netherland. Working together with the European and local teams, you build the NESQUIK brand in the retail market. You implement and evaluate the annual plan and ensure successful implementation of commercial plans.
- **Product Strategy**:You are responsible for executing the local portfolio strategies for NESQUIK portfolio in Belgium and the Netherland. You work on new product introductions, optimization of existing products, and the development and execution of commercial plans.
- ** Project Management**:You are responsible for the operational execution of the commercial plan. You work on cross-functional and international projects for product innovations and renovations. You ensure that projects are successfully completed within set deadlines and budgets.
- **Market Knowledge**:You proactively monitor trends, developments, and results in the market. You share important insights internally and translate them into concrete commercial actions that can be implemented directly.
- ** Entrepreneurship**:You ensure that we achieve our short and long-term revenue, profit, and market share objectives on NESQUIK while working on the future of the category by identifying new pockets of growth and defining with our cross functional teams (CDT’s & Key Accounts) the best route to market.

As a Brand Manager Nesquik & Up-aging, you report to the Nutrition Marketing lead and are part of the Nutrition team for the Benelux.

**What will make you successful**
- An entrepreneurial mindset to always look at new or untapped opportunities.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in commercial disciplines: Marketing, Category Management, or Sales.
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, with a good knowledge of French
- A team player mentality who can manage different stakeholders and leading complex projects.
- Demonstrable end-to-end project management experience.
- Proactive, analytical, and decisive.
