Hoe zou je dag eruitzien?
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor projecten van A tot Z. Dit kunnen due diligence opdrachten zijn, maar ook de opmaak van vendor assist packs, business modelling, waarderingen en fairness opinions.
Je superviseert en delegeert taken aan de collega's van het transactions project team.
Je identificeert key business drivers en analyses die een toegevoegde waarde geven voor onze klanten en behoudt het overzicht tijdens het project door rekening te houden met de aanwezigheid van mogelijke dealbreakers.
Je zorgt voor de opmaak van rapporten en presentaties en houdt het overzicht op de efficiënte uitvoering van het project.
Je ondersteunt de partner in de commerciële uitbouw van de activiteiten. Zowel het identificeren van mogelijke opportuniteiten en het opvolgen van leads, als het regelmatig onderhouden van jouw netwerk en relaties met bestaande klanten horen hier bij.
Je zorgt ervoor dat het hoogste niveau van kwaliteit van de diensten en de rentabiliteit van de afdeling gehaald wordt.
Wat kunnen we van je verwachten?
Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring in audit, transactions of een private equity omgeving en wil je carrière hierin graag verder zetten.
Je haalt voldoening uit het ontwikkelen, motiveren en aansturen van collega's. Daarnaast weet je een afdeling te beheren op vlak van tijd, kosten, activiteiten en mid. Hierin deed je reeds ervaring op.
Je hebt diepgaande financiële analytische skills ontwikkeld en je bouwt verder op jouw kennis in accounting, finance en project management.
Je zoekt een warme werkomgeving waarbij de focus ligt op kwaliteit, verbondenheid, flexibiliteit, uitdaging en klantgerichtheid. Je werkt mee aan de groepsgeest en communiceert op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier.
