About the team:
Fragomen Consulting Europe (FCE) is a virtual European practice driving the collective growth of the European practices and the Region by focussing on knowledge consolidation and centralisation, provision of European multi-jurisdictional advisory services to our clients, EU government strategies and the standardisation of posted worker and social security processes underpinned by the development of innovative technology solutions. The teams based both in Brussels and Sheffield work alongside the immigration teams in the various European offices and their country knowledge experts., team that supports the region by providing a variety of consulting and advisory services to our clients. It is comprised of colleagues that work across several offices in the region and supports clients with, among other services, advisory (e.g. on Schengen rules), EU government strategies, multijurisdictional inquiries, European day one compliance such as posted worker notifications and social security support, and workforce planning.

About the role:
In this Senior Manager position, you will take a leading role in the strategy, development, and execution of the Advisory and Transactional arms of Fragomen Consulting Europe. This includes full accountability for establishing and implementing the overall structure of Fragomen Consulting Europe along with full oversight of all aspects of service delivery to our clients with a particular focus on Posted Worker Notification transactions and EU multi-jurisdictional mobility advisory work. You will report to the Partner Leads for Fragomen Consulting Europe and play a lead role in the overall FCE Management Team. You will ensure close co-ordination and collaboration between all the Fragomen Consulting Europe teams to ensure alignment on strategy deliverables and accountabilities.

Other key responsibilities include:
- Lead the transition of PWN transactional services to a centralised team based in Sheffield and ensure daily processing of PWN through the Firm’s technology according to Firm’s protocols and standards- Integrate the Sheffield team with the Brussels based Knowledge and Consulting team to further standardise processes and integration of technology, to transfer and manage knowledge, to develop company compliance and risk policies and processes around Posted Workers, and to support with clients’ onboarding in the technology.- Lead the development of European multi-jurisdictional Advisory Services encompassing Day One Compliance and social security, workforce planning, global audits and right to work checks.- Develop and lead a Regional Country Knowledge Expert (CKE) team on all relevant aspects of European-wide advisory and Day One compliance, in close consultation with the designated stakeholders within the Region- Work closely with Knowledge teams, government advisory teams and CKE team to ensure Fragomen European solutions are all encompassing within the EU framework, and is multi-faceted and nuanced- Review and assess products created by the Knowledge team and formulate clear strategies on how to commercialise, bring to market together with relevant fee schedules- Work with M&BD team to develop market and client distribution strategies as well as relevant internal and external communications and talking points- Direct the Fragomen Consulting team to develop template communications and fee schedule
