Pour organisation ambitieuse qui aide les jeunes entrepreneurs (18-30 ans) à exploiter leur potentiel, nous recherchons une.e Collaborateur(-trice) Marketing & Event Manager fraichement diplômé.e

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous êtes amené.e à réaliser les tâches suivantes:
**Marketing et communication**
- Mise en place d’une stratégie marketing;
- Création de plan de communication pour chaque event;
- Création de contenu de supports de communication print;
- Rédaction et mise en page mensuelle de newsletters;
- Community management ;
- Création de contenu pour nos réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok et Youtube);
- Suivi de l’évolution de leurs projets;

**Gestion événementielle**:

- Organisation de la soirée entrepreneuriale;
- Coordination entre chaque partie impliquée;
- Suivi des formations o Logistique;
- Organisation d’events internes (afterwork );
- Organisation d’events partenaires.

**Gestion du site internet**:

- Update et amélioration (Maîtrise de Wordpress) - Rédaction d’article de blog - Project management de la création d’un nouveau site.

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez fait des études supérieures en Marketing/Publicité/Business;
- Vous êtes passionné.e par le monde de l’entrepreneuriat ;
- Une expérience entrepreneuriale personnelle est un gros atout ;
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en tant que Community / Marketing / Event manager;
- Vous avez une très bonne maitrise du français et de l'anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit;
- Vous êtes familier.ère avec les réseaux sociaux (Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube);
- Vous avez des aptitudes rédactionnelles ;
- Vous maitrisez Canva, suite Adobe, video editing et vous avez de bonnes bases de Wordpress, une connaissance du référencement naturel et du SEO est un gros atout.
